About Me

I found yoga ten years ago, thinking I was just switching up my workout routine. Instead, I found clarity, and a way to quiet the chaos and actually hear myself think. Yoga taught me how to breathe through challenge, stay present when things get hard, and return to myself when life pulls me in every direction.

I fell in love with power yoga because it asks you to show up fully: body and mind. In my classes, you’ll move through strong, music-driven flows designed to build heat, stamina, and confidence. I believe our bodies are capable and resilient, and I want you to feel that in your practice. Expect structure, encouragement, and space to push yourself without pressure.

To me, wellness isn’t a perfect routine or a collection of health hacks. It’s knowing what refills your cup-  whether that’s a good sweat, a quiet night on the couch, laughter with friends, or a salty snack and a great show. I’m a Virgo, so yes, I love order and balance, but I’ve also learned that real balance is something we practice, not something we perfect.

My goal is simple:  Create space. Build community. Help you return to yourself.
