An Invitation to Exhale

Málaga, Spain

April 14-19, 2026

Scenic view of green hills and mountains with a cloudy blue sky above.
View from a wooden covered deck with railing, overlooking hilly terrain with bushes and trees in a rural area.

Leave the noise behind and step into five nights of restoration in the Andalusian countryside at a luxury mountain villa. This retreat is an invitation to exhale, to remember who you are beyond routine, and to discover strength, softness, and connection through the practice of yoga.

Each day will offer thoughtfully guided movement, space for reflection, nourishing meals, and the freedom to move at your own pace. Morning flows to awaken the body, evening practices to settle the mind, journaling or quiet coffee at sunrise, and afternoons spent by the pool. This is your time to rest, deepen, and return to yourself.

A private chef will prepare nine nourishing lunches and dinners throughout the week, crafted with local ingredients and Mediterranean influences. You are welcome to enjoy local Spanish wines at your leisure (not provided by hosts). One optional group excursion will be offered for those craving exploration- details to come.

Whether you’re seeking stillness, inspiration, challenge, or clarity, this retreat is a soft landing and a call forward. Come exactly as you are.

Your Hosts

Tai

What began as a workout became a path to clarity, showing Tai how to quiet the noise and move with purpose. Almost ten years into her practice, she leads strong power flows designed to reconnect students to their inner fire. Grounded in heart and community, Tai creates a welcoming space for all levels to build, release, and rediscover their strength. Her teaching is rooted in gratitude and self-inquiry, inviting every yogi to cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves and find courage and resilience both on and off the mat.

Andrea

Fifteen years ago, Andrea arrived in D.C. and found yoga at a moment of transformation—and never looked back. With over a decade of full-time teaching in the DMV, she is trained in Power Vinyasa, Rocket, Restorative Yoga, Pilates, Functional Range Conditioning®, and holds her MS in Yoga Therapy. Her classes are playful yet intelligent, rooted in anatomy and curiosity. Expect full-body flows, invitations to explore inversions, and space to meet yourself with honesty. A Pisces sun with a heart of gold, Andrea brings both precision and deep care to every room she leads.
